An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Clinical interviewer to join our Clinical Team, we are looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated and responsible qualified nurse to join our friendly team and provide support to our agency nurses through the compliance process and promoting a proactive approach to revalidation, appraisals and clinical interviews. The successful applicant must be someone with a strong commitment to working as the part of the team, be approachable, a good communicator, can work autonomously and receptive to change Duties and Responsibilites To carry out face to face/skype and telephone interviews with candidates as and when appropriate Input is provided on recruitment decisions liaising directly with the Compliance team To ensure the organisation's registered professionals are supported with their own personal professional development and recognition plans, by carrying out annual appraisals, supporting with revalidation and training needs and requirements. To correspond with candidates and external clients and other monitoring and governing bodies as appropriate Clinical expertise and advise is shared where appropriate with others within the organisations, to ensure and minimise clinical risk Clinical support and advise is provided to staff to ensure clinical standards required by the organisation are met To keep the administration process of logging candidates’ interviews, revalidation and appraisals, ensuring that all trackers and database systems are kept fully up to date, as necessary and maintained in a secure environment To support the delivery of high quality, client-focused acute and community-based care To maintain own professional registration, credibility, accountability and development
