Overview
Two of our Brands are looking for a dynamic Registered Manager to head up our Complex Care Divisions. This role will be responsible for overseeing the preparation of Complex Care packages and Supporting/Managing a team of Nurse Assessors. This role will mostly be office based but there is a requirement to meet with CCGs and Families on occasion. Basic Salary: £35,000 to £45,000 depending on experience. One of our brands already supply Complex Care packages to CCGs very successfully. Previous experience is not a necessity as we have a Registered Manager in place for this company and they can support you. Requirements for the role: Must have an active NMC Pin Nursing background must be- General Nursing, Community Nursing, Paediatric Nursing, Complex Care, ITU / A&E - any of these areas would be suitable Must be prepared to travel, sometimes at short notice (2-3 days) to any location in the UK to meet with clients (expenses paid) Be commercially aware - we are looking for someone who can help us to win packages, not block us from getting them.
