Overview

We are currently looking for a Registered Manager for our client, a leading care home with multiple sites across the south east. You will be joining a highly experienced team who emphasise ongoing training and development in a supportive and nurturing environment. You will be joining a team focused on rehabilitation in a purpose built, state-of-the-art centre and will oversee the skilled multidisciplinary team who are supported by GP's and specialist consultants . Required: The commitment and drive to delivering high quality care. Previous managerial experience in a similar environment is essential Knowledge of CQC and the regulatory standards Have the ability and skills to make decisions Excellent organisational and communication skills Flexibility to meet the needs of the service. Competitive salary based on knowledge and experience.
