Customer Service Coordinator Harrogate Full time, permanent £18,000 - £20,000 Reed Harrogate are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join their client’s team. They are a manufacturing company and the role involves taking care of the customer from enquiry to invoicing. This is full time, permanent role with a growing, forward thinking company. The role will include: - Dealing with customer queries - Being the point of contact throughout the manufacturing process - Dealing with any customer complaints - Invoicing - Liaising with different teams to ensure manufacturing and fitting process run smoothly - Providing a high level of customer service - Inputting orders onto the system - Dealing with telephone and email enquires About you: You will have good communication skills both written and verbal. Ideally you will come from a strong customer service background and be happy to be the point of contact at all times for the customer. A construction background would be beneficial but not essential.
