Portfolio Officer - Property County Hall, Hertford Starting Salary: £24,799 progressing to £ 26 , 999 pa 37 Hours per week 2 Year Fixed Term/Secondment Contract Hertfordshire County Council is recruiting for a Portfolio Officer to join our forward-looking Design and Capital Delivery team. As a leading local authority, we operate a flexible working policy providing people with a mix of spaces and times where they undertake their work. The Portfolio Office provides a decision-enabling/delivery support structure for all change within the Design and Capital Delivery team, enabling it to plan, manage and deliver significant programmes of building work across the county. If you have communication skills that generate confidence with a wide variety of audiences. Are highly organised with good prioritisation skills, enjoy working under pressure independently and exercise initiative on a variety of tasks simultaneously. Demonstrate experience in managing a project and maintaining effective relationships at various levels across the business together with an intermediate level of competency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
