Night Shift Warehouse Manager. Working Sunday - Thursday. Thatcham area. £30,000 - 35,000 benefits A strong management background in a fast-paced environment is needed for this key role leading 3PL providing a B2B and B2C delivery service. This dynamic role calls for an accomplished Night Shift Warehouse Manager with strong leadership qualities along with the credibility and gravitas necessary to engage with your team. We are looking for a strong and engaging people manager who can drive a team and deliver a clear operational plan, helping them to understand the bigger picture as well as the business objectives. You will have a passion for best practice, safety, efficiencies, continuous improvements and will be able to demonstrate that you have successfully achieved this in a previous position. We are looking for someone who has an innovative approach to leadership, someone who is creative and eager to inspire a team to implement new ways of working to improve performance. Candidates will have a strong background and knowledge of warehouse operations, ideally, previous experience of handling and processing 'large'/'ugly' freight. Previous experience of managing a team is an absolute must and your management style will be a key decision maker in the recruitment process as they want to promote a positive working culture and need any new employees to compliment this.
