Training and Communications Strategist | London| 6 - 9 month contract | £200 - £450 Day Rate (TBC) Your new company This Training and Communications Strategist role is based with a leading financial services firm based in central London. Your new role The successful candidate will be working alongside a few different teams, helping with developing and implementing strategic communications for regulatory inventory and change management. You will be delivering online and face to face training to staff at different levels. You will also be dealing with change management. What you'll need to succeed Experience in developing and delivery regulatory training in financial services. Change management experience, preferably within regulatory/compliance functions in financial services. Consulting experience and ability to proficiently use Microsoft packages, including PowerPoint is key. Excellent communication skills and ability to work with all levels including C-Suite executive. Experience developing and implementing strategic communications for regulatory training in financial services is key. Deep experience in delivering online and face to face training is essential.
