Overview
Our client is looking to recruit a competent well-educated Administrator working as part of the busy team focusing on the admin and support of additional external Offices and the in house sales team. Ideally with a steady work history dealing with project management, tech support or services or maybe from an operational background. Your day will be busy varied and you will need to be able to think on your feet and prioritise your workload daily First point contact for new client sign ups processes Responding to customer queries phone calls, email and other adhoc queries from internal and external sources Providing details for reporting gained from research and information collatiion Looking after database of new and existing customers updating and amending Happy to travel to other sites for training and events when needed Booking and attending inhouse meetings using the latest communication technology Sourcing marketing materials and completion of any forms and project information Client is seeking an assertive self starter who is confident with excellent work ethic Able to build rapport with clients and oversee relevant administrative tasks A natural communicator with a flair for IT, We thank you for your application - if you are successful and have the experience we are looking for regarding this role we will do our best to contact you within 48 hours.
