Overview
Tremendous opportunity for a Senior Solicitor OR Partner to join this niche law firm with offices based in Manchester & London that will provide you with the tools you need to develop any existing client base you may have and work on a fully autonomous basis without any micro-management Ideally you will have a client following or the potential of work to bring with you as this firm do encourage the development of business and be able to work closely with clients, as this is a key factor for making any senior appointments this firm. You will be part of a firm that operates as a business and provide a full service to clients, so you will be working alongside other professionals such as financial advisors and insurance practitioners. This firm have a heavy focus on clients within the charities & cultural sectors and provide a full service based on the clients needs, rather than forming entire departments. This is not a law firm, so you won't be bogged down with targets and KPI's. You will however be given the opportunity to flourish and work in an environment that supports all staff with the tools they need to succeed. Salary levels will be based on experience and added value to the business however six-figure sums are easily achievable.
