Customer Service Administrator

Ilkeston based manufacturing company are currently looking for a Customer Service Administrator on a permanent basis. Reporting into the Customer Services Manager and working in a small team, the main duties will include: Dealing with all the incoming calls Dealing with quotes Handling all queries Updating customer accounts Ensuring all the invoices go out in time Liaising with all the sales teams Covering reception Greeting visitors This is a very fast paced, high pressured department, applicants must have office based customer service experience , excellent administration skills, a good telephone manner plus be competent with various IT packages. This role will be spending over 90% on the telephone It is a 40 hour working week , hours are 8:30 am - 5:00 pm Monday - Friday and also includes one Saturday morning, usually 1 in 5, working from 7:30 am - 12:00 pm.
