Overview
Are you a passionate about customer service and do you have incredible attention to detail? Macildowie are excited to be partnering with a Well-known business in Ilkeston to recruit for a compassionate Customer Care Advisor to join their growing team. THE ROLE To provide telephone and e-mail support, giving product information and advice. Process trade and retail stock orders. Create Retail Customer Accounts and take card payments. Process Made to Measure Orders and liaise with customers to resolve queries and omissions. Following successful completion of training, process GP and Nurse Prescriptions for compression garments and accessories. Liaise with customers to resolve general queries. Process and resolve product returns and complaints. THE CANDIDATE You must have exceptional attention to detail an data inputting skills. Enthusiastically participate in pro-active sales promotions and cross-selling. Engage in staff training. To comply with the company Health and Safety, and Quality Assurance Policies and all other relevant regulations. Completion of additional duties which may be required due to future growth and changes in technology, systems and regulations. Accurate Order Processing skills paying attention to detail and following processing procedures. Work as an individual and as part of a team in a busy Customer Service environment. Able to demonstrate the ability to work under pressure. Demonstrate excellent IT skills (Windows OS, Outlook, Word, Excel) and ideally digital order processing software, however training would be provided. Demonstrate good written and oral communication skills. Accuracy / Attention to Detail Product information to the Company's customers and to assist them in placing accurate orders either by phone, fax or internet resolving order queries, complaints and returns. Process these orders on to the system so that they may be dispatched by the warehouse team. PACKAGE Starting salary £17,500, please see the breakdown below: In the first 6 months the salary is £17,500 the salary in the second 6 months is £18,000 (if you pass probation) therefore the first year salary is £17,750 based on a bonus structure. Then after 6 months they are eligible for a company turnover based bonus each quarter of £375 which in 6 months could pay out £750. Therefore the salary potential OTE (On Target Earnings) for the first year would be £18,500.
