Overview
Are you an experienced Audit Manager, or Audit Assistant Manager/Senior looking to step up into a managerial post? Do you have the skill set to supervise a team of accountants and take the lead with a varied portfolio of audit clients? Watson Evans Associates are searching for an Audit Manager to join a well recognised firm of accountants based in Truro. This is a full time, permanent role and will be offered with a salary likely to be up to £45,000 (dependent on experience) and accompanied by a benefits package that includes flexible working. You would be working under the guidance of a partner, who has created a professional but relaxed environment to work in. In this post, you will act as the line manager for an existing team who pull well together to provide both audit and non audit services. Being qualified and with your broad range of audit experience, you will possess a strong understanding of audit and financial reporting on behalf of a range of sectors including charities, solicitors and education providers. You will have the ability to take a responsible and proactive stance to solving client solutions and will naturally communicate efficiently with clients and colleagues alike.
