Overview

Think Specialist Recruitment are pleased to be working with the UK Head Office of a global organisation. You will be working from a corporate and lively office where it will be your duty to support all internal and external contacts with technical administrative duties. The purpose of this position is to support all internal, field-based and external contacts in maintaining the Service department and all associated systems and processes. This varied role will include scheduling engineers, diary management, handling claims, running reports and ensuring the department runs efficiently. The ideal candidate will have previous administration experience, excellent attention to detail, have good communication skills and work in an organised fashion. Duties to include: Scheduling work of engineers and managing diaries to ensure engineers are fully utilised Providing regular reports on various SLAs and KPIs Liaising with internal and external contacts to resolve customer and retailer issues Managing warranty claims against company guidelines Approving/rejecting exchange requests against company guidelines ensuring each case is looked at individually Speaking with the IT department regularly when issues arise to try and find quick resolutions Offering training and guidance over the phone of internal software Updating and maintaining internal CRM database Candidate requirements: Work with excellent attention to detail Have an analytical approach Good IT skills (Word and Excel to intermediate level) Fantastic communication skills Experience in running reports Can work in a fast-paced environment Looking for the next step in your career?
