Finishing Manager - North London - £50,000 - £60,000 package Are you obsessive over detail? We’re looking for a self-driven and capable New Homes Finishing Manager with a clear focus on delivering exceptional results, to bridge the gap between the Customer Services department and the on-site team at this large new build, new homes development. The Company: Established over 20 years ago, this dynamic new homes property development company pride themselves on the quality and design of their builds whilst maintaining a positive impact on the environment. Key responsibilities of the Finishing Manager: Work closely with the Build Team while at the same time be independent and resolute in terms of quality and programme delivery Understand the construction programme and whether plots are on course for ZDC (Zero Defect Certificate) and delivery Identify and report back on common or repetitive quality issues Attend weekly completion meetings Work closely with the aftercare team to assist with any defects reported immediately post-completion Requirements: Self-driven, strong-willed and results-oriented with a positive outlook Confident in challenging bad practice A good team player Well-presented and professional Exception communication skills If you’re interested in this Finishing Managers position and have the experience required, please apply now or call Collins Property Recruitment for more information.
