Sales Advisors

If so PMP Recruitment have the perfect opportunity for you on a 12 month fixed term contract with a prestigious organisation based in LLantrisant. The role will be for a minimum of 12 months. Please be aware that this role does involve weekend & bank holiday working and you will work to the customer services opening hours (9am - 6pm Monday to Friday , 9am - 3.30pm Saturday) £19,500 per annum This role would suit a highly organised person with experience of B2C sales. Duties will include:- To process sales orders and where appropriate upsell products to achieve revenue targets. Inbound customer enquiries across multiple channels, including telephone, email, web chat and social media. Conduct outbound sales campaigns. To deal efficiently and effectively with customer queries regarding payment, accounts statement enquiries and possible complaints. Record and maintain clear relevant records enabling the production of weekly/monthly reports. Key skills & Experience:- Passionate about delivering an excellent customer experience. Demonstrable track record within a sales environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience of working in a target driven department.
