I am looking for an Experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse to join a Specialist mental health Hospital in providing efficient and effective Nursing care for all This Hospital have a track record of supporting individuals who have ongoing mental health needs and require support to live in the community. Their aim is to develop packages for individuals of care that enhance independence and improve quality of life. As a Nurse, it’s an opportunity to widen your skills and support residents with a range of different needs. Nurse Benefits include: · Nurse Salary : up to £44,900pa ·12-hour shifts – 12 – 48-hour contract ·DBS and NMC Paid for ·Free learning with supported training ·Days and Night Shifts ·Uniform Provided ·Child Care Vouchers ·Hot meal provided on a 12-hour shift ·Part of the team in multi award winning care homes ·Career progression - support to do so ·Generous annual leave allowance Nurse Responsibilities: ·We are looking for a Mental Health Nurse who shares our passion for supporting individuals who have ongoing mental health needs and require support to live in the community ·Identify patient care requirements by establishing a personal rapport with potential and actual patients. ·Provide emotional, psychological help to friends, and families. ·Assess each patient’s needs, plan, implement and evaluate evidence-based nursing care. ·Administer medication and document this. Nurse Experience Required: ·An active NMC pin ·Nursing Degree qualification ·Ideally 1 year experience within Mental Health preferably a hospital setting ·Good Literacy and Numeracy skills with excellent communication skills.
