Support Worker - Weymouth – Permanent – £9.20/hr – Nights We are looking for staff on days and/or nights at present. Based in Weymouth you will be joining a fantastic group of homes, whose person-centred approach to care relies on the dedication and passion of our employees, who we expect to go the extra mile to improve the home experience and generate a relaxed and informal community within our homes. The home is a large, modern care home and you will be tasked with assisting with the resident’s care plan, delivering the highest standards of personalised care to residents.Ensure that at all times residents are treated with respect and dignity, and that individual’s rights to privacy, dignity, independence and choice are met. Shift details NIGHTS ·£9.20/hr, 8pm-8am, 36 hours a week – 3 shifts a week, Inc. alternative weekends Key Responsibilities ·To provide the highest level of personal care and attention to residents, following individual care plans carefully and ensuring that all contact is polite, friendly, warm and supportive. To act as a key worker for a named group of residents, ensuring that these responsibilities are carried out in full (as defined in the training manual).
