Great opportunity for an experienced Care Assistant or Support Worker to join a leading social care provider with a great reputation, willingness to support and develop staff and a great financial and incentives package. Support Worker Role: You will work within either a small-group supported living or a community setting, working a variety of shifts which will include evenings, weekends . You will support vulnerable adults in a person-centred manner, promoting their independence and allowing them to live as full life as possible.
