Senior Enterprise Architect (Charity / Not for Profit) Salary c £65,000 - £70,000 20% Pension, 40 days leave Flex Working Location – London, central. A truly global organisation operating in every country around the world that has a core focus of putting people at the heart of everything they do. This will be a challenging but truly rewarding role. Role: The role will focus within Corporate Business Units, guiding alignment between business strategy and technology roadmaps. With a specific focus on Finance, HR, Marketing, Operations Business Units, but should also ensure alignment of the corporate services needs and goals. The Architect role is to advise and guide the Programmes and Business Units senior management how to leverage Technology to achieve its desired business outcomes and align to the organizational strategy. This post is needed to facilitate the implementation of Enterprise Architecture Governance. The Senior EA will play key role in creating and maintaining Architecture Repository and use of Architecture Frameworks. · Leverage existing technology investment in delivering new business capabilities · Drive common organisation-wide technology solutions to realise 2025 Strategic Objectives. · Ensure that newly built capabilities in the Corporate side truly support Business Unit needs · Define Architecture Blueprint to accelerate decision-making and service delivery · There is a need for strong Architecture Governance that will assure that the functions and technology implemented are aligned with organisation objectives, strategic technology choices and that they comply with respective domain industry practices For further information, please contact Tom Delaney & Bourton who is managing the search for the role.
