Overview
A leading Lloyd's syndicate has recently restructured their delegated authority function and as such are recruiting for a newly created Business Partner position. You will be working in a collaborative environment, whereby you can really make an impact. This role is a commercial one, where you will be more aligned to underwriting and accountable for a portfolio of key coverholders to the business. You will be: driving conversations, sometime difficult ones, with coverholders / underwriters opening conversations across underwriting classes for potential cross-class information deliver the end to end delegated authority management for key stakeholders You must have a flexible working approach, be adaptable to change and be skilled in nurturing and developing stakeholder relationships. You will have an analytical mindset, being able to draw conclusions from data. Prior experience within a delegated authorities team is not essential for the role, as candidates will be considered from all areas of insurance, however an understanding of binders will be highly beneficial.
