Technician Team Leader Cheltenham Up to £36,000 (Dependant on experience) Our Cheltenham client are growing We are recruiting for an experienced Insurance Technician Team Leader to join a talented Operations team providing efficient, effective and expert administrative support to the Technical Teams and Broking Divisions. My client is looking for someone who has led a team previously ideally within the Insurance sector. On top of your basic salary you will be entitled to a range of great benefits, whilst being based in a brand new, modern and contemporary office in the town centre. Team Leader: You will co-ordinate and supervise the daily activities of the team, setting priorities and ensuring team members complete tasks. You will liaise and co-ordinate with other team leaders. You will also have exposure to people and resource management.
