We have an excellent opportunity for an Administrator to join our office-based team in Hamilton. We are a national, award-winning provider of rehabilitation solutions for individuals who have incurred personal injury or absence from work. Office Administrator Location : Hamilton (office-based) Hours : 35 hours per week Salary : £20,000 - £21,000/year benefits (listed below) About Us: We are one of the UK’s foremost independent rehabilitation providers. We specialise in devising and implementing rehabilitation programmes to help people deal with the consequences of injury and medical absence from work, returning them back to health and back to work. About You: We are looking for an experienced administrator with secretarial or PA experience to join our office team in Hamilton. This position would ideally suit an individual who has worked in a corporate environment and has experience of handling confidential information, possibly with a legal or medical background. Full training will be provided. You will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be flexible, organised, able to work well under pressure and align with our company values. Experience of MS Office is essential, and knowledge of databases is desirable. Duties include: Making and receiving calls and dealing with enquiries from injured clients and their family members, service providers, health professionals, lawyers and insurance companies Arranging appointments for Rehabilitation Managers Diary management Typing, formatting and proofreading written communications Updating records on the database Issuing referrals for treatment as instructed by Rehabilitation Managers Arranging non-clinical services such as taxi accounts Ordering of equipment for clients Reviewing and issuing reports The Benefits: Employee benefits on offer include: An exciting and varied role that offers the opportunity for personal and professional growth and development.
