Assistant Manager - Accountancy Firm - Central London - £40,000-£45,000 Your new company A well-established accountancy firm that based in central London is looking for a Company Secretarial Assistant Manager to report into the Company Secretarial Director. Your new role The role will involve managing a client portfolio, attending/minuting board meetings, business development and providing advice to colleagues and clients on company secretarial matters. You will work on Blueprint and conducts tasks such as reduction of capital, re-organisation of share capital, restoration of companies, legalization of documents and buyback of shares. What you'll need to succeed You will ideally be ICSA qualified and have 3 years of experience within a similar busy company secretariat or practice. You must have solid knowledge of the Companies Act and company secretarial administration procedures.
