Overview
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a global organisation based in Erdington. My client is seeking a multilingual candidate fluent in French/German and English. The successful candidate will available to work 37.5 hours a week including weekend shifts and will be required to offer IT/Technical support to their branches in France and Germany. The role is entry level and the successful candidate will be required to log, categorise and prioritise incoming support calls and resolve issues or escalate queries.
