Citrix XenApp IT Consultant Paying £300 (PAYE) Per day 3 months interim Rickmansworth Investigo are pleased to be supporting a large, market leading organisation with their search for an IT Support Consultant for an interim period of initially 3 months. Duties and responsibilities 2nd and 3rd line Citrix XenApp technical support on Accountability for ensuring high levels of service availability, supporting others where necessary. Provide effective, constructive liaison and communication between IT and its customers in a confident manner. Planning, installation, on-going management, monitoring, troubleshooting, and decommissioning for hosting, storage, backups/archiving Manage Major Incidents to an exacting standard, always with the customer in mind. Manage change within the infrastructure owned to a high standard, maximising awareness and minimising disruption to customers. Proactive handling of all related incidents and problems within the IT strategic support tools according to the IT Service Management Policy.
