Overview
Collections & Litigation - Customer Support Agent My client are a well established financial services company, specialists in providing secured loans and mortgages for over 30 years. They seeking a dynamic and service focussed Customer Support Agent to join their Collections and Litigation team on a full time permanent basis. You will be responsible in offering the best solutions to customers who are experiencing financial difficulties, whilst at the same time, delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities: Provide customer support and guidance to any clients requiring assistance during the life of their mortgage. Proactively contact clients to discuss arrears, through outbound calls, letters, SMS, emails etc. Negotiate and manage specific treatments and requirements for customers. Liaise with 3rd parties regarding throughout the process. Required: Previous experience of collections or arrears management, including litigation, within either a secured or unsecured financial services environment. Excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering great customer service. Strong awareness of financial services and FCA regulation This is a full time and permanent position, Monday to Friday, salary depending on experience.
