This is a great opportunity to join successful Legal 500 listed law firm with offices across the North West and nationwide. The Role In joining the firm as a Corporate Solicitor, you will be working alongside an existing team of lawyers split over 2 offices. You will become an integral part of the team right away and will enjoy a lot of direct client contact with key clients of the firm, as well as getting involved with business development activities. There is an excellent and broad range of quality corporate work across a wide range of sectors to include: Corporate transactions Commercial contracts Management buy ins/outs Joint venture agreements Restructuring Partnerships Clients vary from local SMEs through to £multi-million blue chip international clients. The Candidate To be considered for his Corporate Lawyer role you will require: 5 years’ PQE as a Corporate Solicitor Strong technical skills Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to contribute to marketing and business development The desire to develop professionally within the team Salary and Benefits For this Corporate Lawyer position, the firm is offering a salary of £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, as well as a benefits package including a pension, bonus scheme and healthcare.
