Debt Recovery Paralegal
Overview
Our local authority client based in South West London is seeking a Debt Recovery Paralegal for three months initially. The successful Debt Recovery Paralegal will be required to undertake the recovery of a wide variety of debt types from pre-action stages through to enforcement. It is essential that Debt Recovery Paralegals applying for this role are able to deal with small claims defended matters and who possess strong drafting and advocacy skills. A good understanding of the Civil Procedure Rules is essential. In order to be considered for the role previous experience carrying a full and varied debt recovery caseload is essential. Previous local authority experience would be advantageous. Due to the urgent nature of the role, candidates must be available for work on no more than 2 weeks notice.
