Commercial Litigation Solicitor, Peterborough – 2 - Salary £DOE – Reputable commercial law firm OVERVIEW: • Due to growth, the highly rated litigation team is looking to appoint an ambitious Commercial Litigation Solicitor to assist the other members of the team on high value and complex cases. • Client base will be varied and will include high profile private individuals, PLCs, multinational companies and SMEs • As the chosen Commercial Litigation Solicitor you will be offered the opportunity to work on a varied caseload which could include construction disputes, shareholder disputes, injunctions, breach of warranty claims and financial services claims to name but a few matters. • Applications are welcomed from Solicitors with at least 2 years PQE in covering the broad remit of commercial disputes within a well-established and leading law firm. • Ideal Commercial Litigation Solicitors will have experience of liaising with clients and colleagues as well as assisting on applications for injunctive relief, preparing for hearings, drafting statements and building solid relationships together with playing a key part in the teams business development and networking activities. • A reputable commercial law firm with a strong ranking for their disputes offering.
