Commercial Property Solicitor, Peterborough – NQ-1 PQE – Circa £30,000 - £40,000 - DOE – Highly rated for their commercial property offerings this well regarded practice is keen to boost their already successful team JOB TITLE: Commercial Property Solicitor PQE: NQ-1 PQE LOCATION: Peterborough SALARY: Circa £30,000 - £40,000 DOE THE ROLE: The highly rated commercial property team of this leading law firm is keen to appoint a NQ Commercial Property Solicitor into their real estate team. The commercial property department covers the broad remit of commercial property law including landlord and tenant matters, development and option arrangements, acquisitions and sales, deeds of variation, leases and a variety of other matters associated with commercial property / real estate. As Newly Qualified Solicitor you are not expected to have gained exposure to all aspects of commercial property, however a desire and willingness to build upon your experience and skills is a must. Working within a highly recommended team, the appointed Commercial Property Solicitor will be expected to undertake a varied caseload of commercial property matters on behalf of landlord and tenant clients, major retailers, land owners and property developers. THE CANDIDATE: Applications are welcomed from Commercial Property Solicitors with up to 1 years PQE in dealing with all types of commercial property transactions. Newly Qualified Solicitors will be considering for this role and will have completed at least one seat within commercial property law. Suitable Commercial Property Solicitors will have a genuine desire to business develop and work effectively within a team. A strong technical knowledge and an excellent working knowledge of commercial landlord and tenant work is a must for this role.
