Cloud Deployment Engineer - Azure CACI Network Services is a rapidly expanding specialist Cloud, Networks and IT consultancy offering a wide variety of opportunities to work within challenging and exciting environments with our major clients in Global Media, Banking, Government, Telecoms & Utilities. CACI are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Cloud engineers to join the team and help drive services towards the cloud for the clients. The Cloud Engineer will be a key player in designing, implementing, maintaining and supporting highly available cloud and network-based architectures, whilst assisting and advising the business by developing guidelines on the best practice for cloud-based deployments. This will include offering advice on cloud adoption, customers journey to cloud, cloud design and deployment, security, management and monitoring. Utilising your knowledge of on-premise and cloud-based solutions (Public/Hybrid and Private) and with a proven track-record of working with large enterprises customers, you will become a crucial to the delivery of key projects. Skills and experience required: Degree educated within a relevant technical field is preferred Experience building, designing or supporting cloud-based infrastructure and strong knowledge of on-premise based solutions Experience in gathering business and technical requirements and assessing an organisation's cloud readiness Advanced level knowledge of Public/Hybrid/Private cloud solutions Experience of connectivity solutions from on-premises to public cloud solutions Strong communication and presentation skills Understanding and experience of software development tools/methodologies and DevOps practices (eg CI/CD pipelines) Experience with security architecture frameworks and best practices Experience of stakeholder management within a multitude of organisations Experience of orchestration, automation and IaaS solutions (eg ARM Templates, Terraform and Cloud Formation) Strong Knowledge of infrastructure technologies (Networking/Storage/Compute) Experience of delivery documentation surrounding cloud-based solutions (HLA/HLD/LLD) Experience in Financial Services environments would be advantageous Desired Certifications: Azure Administrator Associate/Azure Developer Associate/Azure Security Engineer Associate AWS Certified Solution Architect Associate/Developer Associate/SysOps Admin Associate/Advanced Network or Security Speciality Google Certified Associate Cloud Engineer/Google Cloud Network Engineer/Google Cloud Security Engineer Training CACI Network Services develops individuals through a portfolio of training and development options such as certified training courses, workshops, technical conferences, boot camps, on-line training and much more.
