You MUST have the following: Excellent experience as a .NET Developer/Programmer/Software Engineer Advanced C# Strong React or Angular (ReactJS, React.JS, React-JS, AngularJS, Angular.JS, Angular-JS) Microservices (micro-services/microservices) .NET Core CI/CD (Octopus Deploy/Team City/MS Build etc) The following is DESIRABLE, not essential: CQRS/Event-sourcing Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Azure F# NoSQL Role: .NET Core Developer (Programmer Software Engineer Lead Senior ASP.NET .NET Core C# Microservices Micro Services Micro-Services SQL Server Agile CQRS Event Sourcing Finance Angular React JavaScript F# Trading Finance Asset Manager Fund Management Investment Front Office Pricing Risk Execution Trade Amazon Web Services AWS Azure CI CD) required by our fund manager client in London. You will join a scrum team of 4-5 as a lead engineer to develop investment and fund analysis services, pricing, trade execution, position keeping and PnL reporting. You will mentor junior members and be responsible for the delegation of work, architecture and technical strategy. Currently, the stack is .NET Core with React and Angular on the front end, together with event-sourcing, CQRS and SQL Server, Mongo, Redis and MySQL on the backend. In the next 3 months, there will be a massive shift towards the cloud. This is being decided between AWS and Azure. The company is already at an advanced stage in its adoption of AI and Machine Learning. It is now in the process of assessing deep learning. This is a company that is incredibly open and flexible with it's technology stack. Investment in technology is high. If you have a business case for technology, it will be very rapidly approved. There is no limit to the training budget. You will also be free to attend domestic and international conferences as appropriate. There is a very high standard company canteen with free meals and working hours are flexible, as long as stand-ups and meetings are attended. There will be some weekend work but much of this can be done from home and will result in a day in lieu. The weekend cover is also very low-input and only, largely involve operational cover. As the department is growing, there are opportunities to move into management.
