Overview
My client is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding business on very exciting projects based in Reading and Heathrow Airport. This would suit a recently qualified QS with either a degree or an HNC who is ready for their next challenge. Having experience working with NEC4 Contracts is paramount. The project is high security so having some form of security clearance would be advantageous but not essential. Key Responsibilities: The individual will be an integral part of a team that is accountable for the commercial and contractual performance of the project To carry out assigned duties efficiently and in accordance with processes and procedures. Provide weekly/monthly cost reports to Senior Management and Clients. Aid in Cost and Project Management and quoting future works. There is potential for this to be a part time role for the right candidate.
