Zachary Daniels Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Head Office based Recruitment & HR Co-ordinator in West London, with a salary up to £26,000 per annum plus benefits. The brand is well established in the luxury market and still continuing to grow. They are very focused on high quality service and looking for a candidate to join their close knit family environment who has a passion for delivering great Recruitment and HR support As a Recruitment & HR Co-ordinator, your responsibilities will include the following: Generalist HR duties: Updating and maintaining all personnel files, including RTW and other audits HR system administration Calendar management and room booking for the HR team Ad hoc administrative and project support Recruitment duties: Managing job advertisement process in the most cost-effective way Creatively sourcing candidates through headhunting, screening direct applications made via job boards and by managing the employee referral scheme Relationship management of recruitment agencies, including candidate pipeline Managing the selection process, including conducting telephone interviews, preparing shortlists for managers to review and coordinating interviews Managing the offer, pre-employment checks and induction process SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Previous experience in a similar role is essential CIPD Level 3 or equivalent is highly advantageous Strong track record of success in a recruitment role A basic knowledge of HR best practice is desirable Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate Impeccable organization and the ability to be very detail orientated In reward for your hard work, you will receive a salary of up to £26,000 per annum plus bonus, amazing benefits.
