Overview
When Lei Shing Hong commenced its first Mercedes-Benz dealership over 45 years ago, it started its journey to become the world’s largest Mercedes-Benz retailer. Our UK dealerships operate under the corporate business LSH Auto UK Limited, with 9 Dealerships in the Birmingham and Manchester regions. We require a Sales Administrator of the highest calibre to join our team at our Mercedes-Benz Dealership in Birmingham Central. This is an exciting role working 40 hours per week. Key Purpose of Role Provide Support to the Sales Team by preparing all relevant documentation for an efficient handover of the Vehicle to the customer. Maintenance of an accurate Kerridge vehicle database. Accountabilities You are required to maintain ethical standards in accordance with LSH Auto UK Limited Policies and Procedures including Anti-Bribery and all relevant competition law. To ensure that within your area of operation all regulations and standards with regards to FCA are adhered to. To order and specify vehicles as required through the LSH Auto UK Limited system To create and maintain vehicle stock records in Kerridge To ensure that marketing targets are created properly for all customers Locate vehicles for the sales team and expedite dealer transfers to other locations within the network To assist in the processing of the wholesale funding system report (DTR) and the updating of the VSB Statuses To Collate all relevant paperwork in relation to the purchase of inter-company vehicles and raise cheque requisitions where necessary in accordance with company policy To maintain a Corporate registration report in excel which must be updated daily To document the reasons for all credit notes raised and be responsible for the subsequent filing Process sales orders including the matching of orders with vehicle stocks and tax disc request forms Process sales invoices for all new and used vehicles Provide support to the sales team as required to enable efficient and timely handover of vehicles to customers Dealer transfer logistics when required To create and maintain deal files in accordance with DVLA regulations and ensure compliance with DVLA audit requirements To ensure that general housekeeping is in order is in order at all times, including filing, congestion charges, V5 new owner updating, parking penalties and speeding fines To dispatch DSP paperwork on a timely manner. Any ad-hoc tasks and reports required by the Management Team are completed To uphold Corporate Operating Policies as well as Financial Policies Ensure that within their area of operation all Company and Trade Associations’ policies, procedures and minimum standards are met and that all statutory requirements including trading standards, fire, health and safety are adhered to Handle all internal and external customers and suppliers with courtesy and ensure the LSH Auto UK Limited experience is delivered to all contacts at all times Skills and Experience Must be able to develop knowledge of vehicle specifications and vehicle ordering systems IT literate including Kerridge, Cesar, AFRL, Go AMS and Excel Good telephone and interpersonal skills Must be numerate, accurate and show attention to detail Enthusiastic with a desire to learn all aspects of the accounts/admin function Benefits: 23 days Annual Leave, plus Bank Holidays, rising to 25 days after 2 years.
