Overview
Senior Architectural Technician My client are an award winning practice who specialise in the educational and residential sectors. They have multiple offices across the UK and overseas and continue to lead the way with BIM process, implementation and development on a variety of large university, campus and college projects. As well as this they have a great relationships with the UK's biggest and best house builders, developers, contractors and blue chip clients. Working closely with them on a variety of mixed-use and residential developments and educational projects, both in London and the surrounding area. Please see below the jobs requirements: Experience with BIM software - Revit. Contract management and on-site experience. History of preparing NBS specs for construction work. Coordination and collaboration with design and technical teams to produce construction work, technical drawings and detailed packages. Large scale educational, commercial or residential project experience. A keen eye for detail. Fluency in English (written and verbal) In return the company can offer you a huge variety of projects, a mentor to support your progression into project and team management positions and will pay for qualifications and others professional subscriptions. The salary on offer is between £35,000-£50,000 due to the practice being open to the type of level they hire someone at, this means they get the best person available and not just the most experienced.
