Job Profile for Architectural Technician / Technologist - DW139251 Our client, a RIBA chartered architectural practice, are seeking an Architectural Technician / Technologist to join their expanding team in Chelsea. This is a riveting opportunity for an Architectural Technician / Technologist of any level to work on a variety of high-end residential projects across London. This is a fantastic to join an architectural practice that have a strong portfolio of high-end projects in their pipeline. Contracts range from the value of £1-7 million allowing the successful Architectural Technician / Technologist to work on some exciting high-end projects. Good knowledge of the residential sector would be advantageous, as our client predominantly works on projects within this sector. The most suitable Architectural Technician / Technologist should have excellent design flare and should be able to demonstrate this with a high-quality portfolio to highlight their technical design flare. Strong knowledge of AutoCAD & Sketchup software will also be essential to any candidate who seeks this opportunity. This is an exciting opportunity for an Architectural Technician / Technologist to work on some amazing, high-end projects within London and expand their skillset & knowledge at a growing RIBA chartered architectural practice.
