Office Administrator, £20,000 Wythenshawe Your new company Hays Office Support is exclusively partnered with a not for profit organisation based in Wythenshawe who are looking for an Office Administrator on a permanent basis to join their team. Your new role As Office Administrator you will be responsible for updating spreadsheets and sending out reports to various teams, dealing with day to day queries via email and telephone. You will also be responsible for printing, binding & filing and similar office administrative tasks. You will also be responsible for any other ad hoc tasks required. What you'll need to succeed You will have excellent office administration experience, strong communication skills and good attention to detail. You will also have excellent IT skills including Microsoft office packages such as Word Excel and Outlook. What you'll get in return In return you will join a well established organisation where you can utilise and expand on your current skillset. You will receive a salary of around £20,000 per annum.
