Overview
GiBe Finance are working with a respectable brand in Farnborough, recruiting a Payroll Administrator to support the Head of HR and provide an accurate and timely payroll service. The business have a friendly, relaxed work environment and offer parking on-site. The Role: Responsible for the delivery of the payroll process for the business with a core focus on collating and processing the fortnightly and monthly payroll in an accurate and timely manner Processing fortnightly and monthly payroll for approximately 2000 employees from The Hub (internal payroll system), prepare and send to the payroll agencies in the UK and Ireland Review final payroll and generate payroll files once approved Process P45s, P60s, Attachment of Earnings Orders, Court Fines and other ad-hoc payments and deductions Assist in the administration of starters, leavers and absences Answer payroll enquiries Establish and maintain employee records Assist in the auto-enrolment Support with general HR queries as required Provide advice on current and existing benefits for all employees Support with the ongoing development of employee benefits Support the Head of HR with reward and recognition platform within Perkbox Your Profile: Previous experience in a similar Payroll position Strong communicator - written and verbally Good level of computer literacy
