Overview
Seeking an Deputy Site Manager for a School in Berkshire. A busy and varied role, this individual will assist the Site Manager in ensuring that the planned maintenance is conducted in a safe and productive manner. This individual will also be tasked with ensuring both security and cleanliness standards are met through the management of contractors, in house teams or undertaking personal tasks themselves. The ideal candidate will meet the below criteria; Previous experience in a craft industry - i.e. plumbing, electrics or carpentry. A highly skilled communicator, able to relate and communicate with a wide variety of people. Working knowledge of Health and Safety procedures and an understanding of their applications in a school setting. Experience within a school setting is desirable but not essential.
