Overview
Meridian Business Support is recruiting for an Office Administrator to work for one of our clients. This is a temporay ongoing position for approx nine months. The duties include Telephone answering / call forwarding New Enquiry logging electronically Creating Sales folders paper file from these enquiries Keeping Excel spreadsheets up to date with correct data and amending where necessary Looking after visitors to the office including preparing drinks / lunch and keeping conference room afterwards Scanning documents and saving to correct electronic folders Booking vehicles and hotels / flights Arranging service paperwork for engineers Collating data from excel spreadsheets Managing sales calendars Emailing customers with new enquiry reference number & contact General filing (paper) Updating training & skills register on excel Covering for Goods In when not at work or when overloaded. (basic cross check of delivery notes v goods v our purchase order) Managing Outlook email message boxes for several emails like accounts For further information please apply today.
