Overview

Our Client based in the Heywood area are looking to appoint a Purchase Ledger assistant to join their overheads team on a permanent basis. This role will then sit within a smaller property sub team You will work within a large Purchase Ledger team reporting to a Supervisor daily Your main duties will include: Accurate coding and inputting of invoices to the property account Reconciliation of Landlord statements and chasing outstanding documentation as required Deal with external and internal queries Reconciliation of Business Rates accounts and chase Councils for refunds Apply strong control over month end processes To be considered for this role you will need to have previous experience within a finance role although training will be provided. You will need to be driven and have a strong eye for detail as well as communication skills. This is a fast paced high volume role so high attention to detail is essential.
