PURCHASE LEDGER ASSISTANT - OVERHEADS TEAM/ PERMANENT / BURY ( NORTH MANCHESTER) / £20,000 - £21,000 / EXCELLENT BENEFITS INCLUDING STUDY SUPPORT NC Associates are looking to recruit a Purchase Ledger Assistant to help support the overheads team for a global organisation based near Bury, The purpose of the role is to assist with an increase in workload As a Purchase Ledger Assistant you will have full support from the Purchase Ledger Manager. This is a great opportunity to become part of a successful branded business and develop your skills further. Reporting into the Purchase Ledger Manager the duties will include: Duties Accurate coding and inputting of invoices onto the UK property accounts Reconcile Landlord statements and chase outstanding documentation as required Deal with Landlord queries and internal queries Reconcile Business Rates accounts and chase Councils for refunds Apply strong controls to deliver a robust and efficient month-end closure process The successful candidate will have experience of being in a similar position within Purchase Ledger, you will be confident with using Systems and have good communication skills If your interested, please contact Mark Caunce immediately on or send your CV to NC Associates.
