Overview
We are looking to recruit a Senior Network Engineer to look after a small team of Network Engineers for an exciting and growing business in Great Yarmouth. Working at the leading edge of global networking technologies you will be responsible for the networks across offices, but also the remote comms network across the globe. The position will require you to be hands on, with high levels of customer service and leadership to ensure the highest levels of service delivery from your team. The Job Creativity to come up with effective fixes and design solutions across the network Manage 3rd party supplier relationships to ensure optimum performance and cost effectiveness Strong security knowledge, and a thirst to stay at the forefront of technology Leading change within the group and delivering appropriate technology solutions Project management of system and technology changes Solutions lead approach to overcome complex business issues Leading a team by setting goals, coaching, training and fostering a continuous improvement Technical Expertise Network management Systems and Platforms Cisco configuration of routers and switches Firewall and VPN management TCP/IIP and OSI Models End to end delivery of networking solutions and security Cloud solutions such as Office 365 and High performance networks Cyber Security, People Management and VOIP telephony is an advantage The company are set to expand further, and integrate global businesses to have a shared function in Great Yarmouth.
