Senior Care Assistant - Hemsby, NR29 4NJ We are working on behalf of a progressive care provider to recruit a Senior Carer for our clients care home based in Hemsby. Our clients' residential care home based in a tree-lined residential area in the coastal village of Hemsby. They are specialised to meet the care needs of clients suffering from dementia and mental health disorders. Their mission is to provide personalised quality healthcare to all clients through continuous training and education of staff in all aspects of service delivery whilst striving to act on client's/families' recommendations. Hours: The position is Full time, 40 hours per week. Rate of Pay: £9.50 per hour. You must be prepared to do on call and share the rota with other senior Carer's and the deputy. You will be Flexible and committed to the shift pattern and able to work over the weekends. Induction will be given and 3 months mutual assessment What you will need: An NVQ Level 3 and relevant experience in care and dementia needs is essential, including a good understanding of care planning processes and a proven ability to write concise care plans. We'll also be looking for individuals who are well-organised, with excellent supervisory skills and used to planning, allocating and delegating work appropriately. What's more, you have experience of contributing to, monitoring and implementing changes that improve outcomes for residents. Above all, you have a natural ability to help make the lives of others more fulfilling and want to work in an environment where the work can be hard, but also fun and rewarding.
