Overview

We are looking to recruit enthusiastic Contact Centre/Customer Service Agents to join our clients expanding team and have a number of positions available. These are to start at the beginning of April 2020. Location - Corby Salary - £9.23 per hour plus an additional allowance between 9pm to 10pm Part time, either 17:00 - 22:00 or 18:00 - 22:00 and 10:00 - 14:00 Saturday and Sunday In regards to the hours they can be flexible, but the weekend working is a must. The lowest hours you could work in a week would be 16 hours. Some of your duties will include: Handling incoming calls. Booking engineer service visits. Identifying and ordering spare parts. Assisting with trouble shooting. Providing pre purchase advice. Cross selling warranties. The successful candidate will be customer focused, have soft selling skills, a structured approach to hitting goals and deadlines, excellent telephone communication skills and the ability to work under pressure. A good degree of computer literacy is a must alongside previous customer services experience. So if you are looking for an opportunity with a leading global brand.
