Overview
As a result on continued success and business growth my client is recruiting for the role of eCommerce Merchandiser.Working within a small dynamic commercial team you will be involved in the continuous analysis of market data to optimise sales and profit through defined product ranges.The eCommerce Merchandiser will focus on being the first to market with new product launches within your defined product ranges. Key duties and responsibilities: · Maintaining and daily monitoring of product listings and performance · Monitoring and managing pricing margins to maximise sales · Creating new product listings, with the support of the team · Working closely with buying and marketing to ensure products have maximum, viable exposure at all timed · Supporting customer service and sales staff when dealing with technical product and pricing queries · Compiling, producing and presenting KPI reports on performance · Making changes to improve customer experience, Key skills and experience required: · Confident and positive communication skills · Strong IT and numeracy skills (especially Microsoft Excel) · High level of professionalism · Strong attention to detail/high level of accuracy · Experience of working with product databases · Ability to multitask · Ability to analyse information The following would be beneficial: · Experience of price setting/margin management · Experience of using a website CMS or eCommerce platform · Experience working in eCommerce, Merchandising, Marketing or Purchasing Hours of work: Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 5.30pm Holidays: 20 days bank holidays (rising one day per year to a maximum of 25 days) Onsite parking Friendly, supportive and fun team to work in with regular company social events and thorough training.
