Ecommerce Manager Crewe £45k - £50k with excellent commission/bonus structure Digital Trading Manager / Ecommerce Manager / Ecommerce Trading Manager / Online Trading Manager - Crewe (ecom trading manager, ecom channel manager, Head of Ecommerce, Online marketing, digital trading, e-commerce Merchandising Manager). As Digital Trading Manager / Online Trading Manager, you will immerse yourself in all aspects of product, category and brand, and work closely with all internal departments to deliver the required KPIs. Our client is going through a digital transformation and this is a brand new role within the business. You will be responsible for the commercial performance of the eCommerce platform across all channels, ensuring all aspects of the customer journey and product experience are optimised to improve user experience and conversion. Job Purpose: Overall responsibility for the online sales of the brand. Oversee the look and feel of our online B2B and B2C platforms. Driving sales and customer traffic online. Research and develop effective layouts and/or proposed changes to keep customers online and make relevant changes to our sites. Responsibilities: Develop & manage the platforms to ensure growth across all B2B and B2C online channels across the group Be the primary point of contact for cross functional partners to prioritise, develop and manage ecommerce and digital technology across the business Drive a new business focused approach, looking for new opportunities to develop our online presence with both internal & external partners Ensure the customer is at the heart of the business, consider the entire customer journey, identifying any areas that can positively impact the customer experience in our online channels Key participation in budgeting and cost review of our online platform ensuring profitability Responsible for recruitment and onboarding of any future digital marketing staff Manage key supplier relationships to ensure maximised value & SLA adherence with a focus on continuous improvement and identifying opportunities Work closely with relevant business areas to deliver projects and initiatives from thought process to go-live, managing expectations incorporating dedicated resource from Projects, IT, Sales, Customer Service and Finance Maintain the ongoing development roadmap for continuous development of B2B and B2C website portfolio Ensure quality of customer, pricing and product data entered into online channels Manage digital marketing channels across PPC, SEO through adwords and other relevant mediums Provide weekly/monthly updates to company directors on profitability of channel, the customer journey on the channel and other relevant ideas/improvements Establish and maintain close contact with IT department to ensure system security Requirements: Background in digital marketing/ecommerce Passionate about ecommerce, digital marketing and the overall customer experience Experience of delivering projects Experience of managing a team Engaging presenter Commercial acumen Ability to build effective working relationships with internal and external customers Strong attention to detail with an analytical mindset Results driven Ability to influence others Drive change across the business Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively The ability to adapt/respond to different types of personalities Salary & Package: £45 - £50k with excellent commission/bonus structure Opportunity to progress in a rapidly growing business with a fantastic product range.
