We are now looking for a Supply Chain Co-ordinator to join our Crediton based facility. The Role As a Supply Chain Co-ordinator, you will support the smooth operation of our inventory and orders, providing internal and external customers with great service. Specifically, your role will involve: - Monitoring incoming automated orders and processing manual orders - Acting as the first point of contact for customer queries - Monitoring short-term customer demand and trends - Liaising with third party warehouses on stock returns and adjustments - Creating and circulating reports on shortages and promotions - Ensuring stock availability - Supporting successful product launches and promotional activities - Managing distribution processes including checking that automated orders are received by the haulier About You To join us as a Supply Chain Co-ordinator, you will need: - Supply chain and/or stock control experience - Proficiency in IT, including SAP and Microsoft packages, particularly Excel - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong numeracy skills Ideally, you will have previous experience of working within an FMCG environment, but this is not essential. Customer service experience would also be beneficial. This is a full-time role that will require some weekend cover as part of a rota.
