Excellent role on offer for a Production Supervisor looking to play a key part within a rapidly growing specialist company. Are you a Supervisor from a CNC or Sheet Metal background? Are you become a key leader within a rapidly growing company? This unique company specialise in bespoke architectural lighting solutions for renowned companies and blue chip clients. Due to their exciting expansion plans, they are looking for a Production Supervisor. In this role you will be supervising and leading a production team including CNC Machinists, Sheet Metal Workers and other Machine Operators. You will be implementing manufacturing principles and processes such as Lean and Kaizen, whilst having the opportunity to develop and become a key leader within the business long term. This role would therefore ideally suit a Supervisor from a CNC or Sheet Metal background, looking to become a key leader within a rapidly growing company.
